Laguna Altura

The Village of Laguna Altura’s unique location gives its residents access to two internationally renowned cities: Irvine, where the village is located near the 405 and the 133 freeways, and the coastal beauty of Laguna Beach, just a short drive down fabled Laguna Canyon Road. In addition to the beach, the village’s location makes it easy for residents to access the thousands of jobs in Irvine Spectrum, as well as the many dining, shopping and entertainment choices at Irvine Spectrum Center.

Harvard Square

Built primarily during the 1970s, Harvard Square has an understated identity and consists of traditional architecture style. Situated in North Irvine, the Village of Harvard Square borders Interstate 5, with its southern edge running along the north side of Culver Drive.

El Camino Real

The Village of El Camino Real was part of the first era of master-planned community development on The Irvine Ranch®. Located in North Irvine adjacent to the Santa Ana (I- 5) Freeway, the village’s building took place during the mid 1960s through the early 1970s and was based on conventional Southern California planning principles.

Cypress Village

Cypress Village in north Irvine features single-family homes and resort-like apartment living in a location that places residents near everything Irvine has to offer. Nearby schools include the new Jeffrey Trail Middle School and Cypress Village Elementary School, scheduled to open in fall 2014. The village offers a wide array of recreational amenities, including Cypress Grove Park, the village’s centerpiece, and Floral Park.
