Built in the early 1960s, Eastbluff was one if the first planned residential villages of The Irvine Ranch® and remains as popular today as it was when it opened nearly five decades ago. Located in the heart of Newport Beach, the Village of Eastbluff overlooks the Back Bay and Newport Bay.
