The Resort at Pelican Hill, Newport Coast, CA

Fashion Island Hotel Newport Beach® is the only AAA Five-Diamond hotel in Newport Beach and is adjacent to a rich mix of shopping and dining at Fashion Island Newport Beach®. Island Hotel offers guests 83 Executive and Luxury Suites, nearly 300 perfectly appointed Guest Rooms, a luxurious spa, meeting and event space and local hotspots Oak Grill and Aqua Lounge.

Hotel Irvine is the City of Irvine’s only AAA Four-Diamond hotel with 536 rooms that were recently completely renovated. The hotel offers an eclectic lineup of food and beverages at Eats Kitchen & Bar and Red Bar and Lounge. Nearby Oak Creek Golf Club® offers another challenging Tom Fazio-designed public golf course.

Resort Properties also oversees some of the finest marinas in Newport Harbor, the largest leisure craft harbor in the United States, including Villa Cove, Balboa, Bayside and Bayshore. It also owns Bair Island Marina in Redwood City.

In designing resort properties, the Irvine Company seeks to achieve a sense of timelessness through classical architecture that is historically inspired. For example, The Resort at Pelican Hill® at Newport Coast® features classic architecture inspired by Andrea Palladio, a 16th century Italian architect considered one of the most accomplished architects in history.

The Irvine Company also has carefully assessed the needs of our resort properties. The most significant piece of this reinvestment effort is the Hyatt Regency in Irvine. As a result of a comprehensive renovation to both the common areas and the rooms, the hotel is now the only AAA Four Diamond hotel in Irvine, Newport Beach or Costa Mesa.
